Jacked and Tan
If you want a very clear visual on how flexible your shoulders are, put sunscreen on your back by yourself. After a few hours of shirtless beach combing, open water swimming, and lounging in the sun you should have a good idea.
That’s not to say stay out of the sun, however. Since one of the mains purposes in life is to get as Jacked and Tan™* as possible, this spring break is the perfect time to get a (muscular) leg up in that area.
So remember to have a buddy give you the ole’ skin care back massage this week, otherwise you’ll look weird (but hopefully jacked) in a tank top for days.
